dewi18 is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide copies of government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Failure to complete verification within 30 days may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. You agree to notify dewi18 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
dewi18 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend Accounts, or limit Account functionality at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or potential money laundering.
dewi18 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.
Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). Off-hours transfers and other banks may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. dewi18 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure.
You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB), and within 24 hours on weekends and public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but large withdrawals may require additional security verification.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until you complete KYC verification. dewi18 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time.
Withdrawals can only be processed from your Real Money Balance. Funds in your Bonus Balance must meet Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
dewi18 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious patterns of deposits and immediate withdrawals without gameplay will trigger security reviews and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
dewi18 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotion description. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms.
Most Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which specify how many times you must bet the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) before converting Bonus funds to Real Money Balance. For example, a Bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the Bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-50% or be excluded entirely.
dewi18 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts if we detect Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to exploit Bonus terms (e.g., hedging bets across multiple outcomes), colluding with other players to manipulate Bonus outcomes, and using automated software or bots to clear Wagering Requirements.
While playing with Bonus funds, you must not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the Bonus terms (typically Rp 25,000 per bet). Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward Wagering Requirements and may result in Bonus forfeiture.
All casino games, slots, and RNG-based products on dewi18 use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by dewi18 or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time using physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under video supervision.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided and stakes returned. dewi18 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors in odds (e.g., decimal point errors), technical malfunctions, or suspected match-fixing.

We offer standard markets including 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Both Teams To Score (BTTS), Correct Score, and mix parlay (accumulator) betting.
If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay (software crash, disconnection, display error), dewi18 will endeavor to restore the game to its state immediately before the malfunction. In cases where restoration is not possible, the round will be voided and stakes returned. All decisions regarding game malfunctions are final and at dewi18's sole discretion.

dewi18 strives to maintain 24/7 Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions by third parties (hosting providers, payment processors, game providers).
In no event shall dewi18's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim. dewi18 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress.
dewi18 relies on third-party providers for games (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), payment processing (banks and e-wallet providers), and hosting infrastructure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your Real Money Balance (subject to identity verification and pending bet settlements). Bonus Balance and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited.
dewi18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your Account will be closed.
If your Account is terminated due to Terms violations, Bonus abuse, fraud, or other prohibited activities, dewi18 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your Account (both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance) and to pursue legal action for damages.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. dewi18 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before any fees are charged.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of dewi18, you agree to first contact customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
